Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship via Aramex Click-Way, a door-to-door courier service that is conveniently booked online. Shipping starts from R100 and delivery takes 11–15 business days after dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Delays

Coala is not reponsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
